we could control it.
If only we could plan for it,
we could contain it.
If only we could decide it,
we could defy it.
But if we could control it,
we would limit it.
If we could contain it,
we would constrict it.
If we could defy it,
we would defile it.
The unexpected challenges and changes in life are the refining fire we always ask for.
They are the things He uses to keep us on the straight and narrow.
Embrace the unexpected, it’s no surprise to Him.
